Lobby morning

A premium hotel has eight or ten distinct sound zones — lobby, all-day-dining, signature restaurant, pool, rooftop bar, lounge, spa, gym, ballroom pre-function. They are all the same brand and they all need different programmes. Most hotels run all of them on one playlist, and you hear it.
The hotel music industry has been dominated for twenty years by a small number of corporate background-music providers selling generic ambient loops at industrial scale. The result is the same lobby music in three different five-star hotels in three different cities. We program against that.
Welcoming, neutral-bright, internationally readable. The first impression of the property.
Lifted enough for buffet flow, restrained enough for business meetings.
Resort-tuned. Balearic, downtempo, daytime soul.
Sophisticated lift. Setting the property's evening tone.
Outlet-specific. The Italian sounds Italian. The Japanese sounds Japanese. The signature steak destination sounds singular.
DJ-mixed where the brand allows. Pre-club energy without breaking property tone.
Hotel BGM systems (BSS, Symetrix, Crestron, QSC) integrated via standard streaming inputs. We work with the property's existing AV team and BGM contractor.
8–15 zones depending on property scale. Each zone gets its own programme on its own schedule.
Signature
$1,200/month — unlimited zones, custom curation.
Hotel music is where the largest gap exists between premium ambition and actual delivered sound. Properties charging $800 a night still play the same library that a mid-tier business hotel plays. We replace that library with a designed, branded, room-by-room programme that matches the rest of the operation.
A five-star hotel group running properties in Dubai and Abu Dhabi moved from a corporate BGM provider to a Soniqo Signature dashboard. Same staff, same outlets — guest feedback shifted from neutral to 'noticeably elevated' on the first quarterly review.
A 10-minute call. We learn the concept, the room, the service rhythm. If we are right for the venue, we are live in 48 hours.
