All hoursWelcoming neutral. Designed to transition the guest from city-mode to spa-mode.
Spa music has been outsourced to free Spotify playlists called 'Relaxation' for so long that most premium spas have given up on it being part of the brand. The result is the same flute-and-rain track playing in the Bulgari spa, the day spa down the road, and the airport massage chair. We program against that — properly designed, properly licensed, properly aligned to the property.
Free Spotify spa playlists contain ad breaks, royalty-free filler from anonymous producers, repeated tracks, and worst of all — exactly the same content as every other spa using free Spotify. A 90-minute treatment paired with that defeats the experience the property is selling.
Welcoming neutral. Designed to transition the guest from city-mode to spa-mode.
Tempo-aware. Massage at 60bpm; facial at slightly higher; couples treatments different again.
Ambient, breathing-paced, brand-aligned without competing with the treatment experience.
Acoustic-aware. The room geometry matters; we tune for it.
Zone-based ceiling speakers with low-volume control per treatment room. We stream into the property's existing BGM system.
4–8 zones (arrival + lounge + wet zone + 4–6 treatment rooms).

Spa is the format where the gap between premium property and the music actually playing in the treatment room is largest. Most properties invest extraordinary amounts in the architecture, lighting, scent and product — and then run free Spotify in the treatment room. We close that last gap.
A five-star hotel spa in Abu Dhabi shifted from Spotify Premium playlists to a Soniqo programme tuned per treatment type. Guest feedback on the post-treatment survey went from neutral on music to consistently positive within six weeks.
A 10-minute call. We learn the concept, the room, the service rhythm. If we are right for the venue, we are live in 48 hours.
